Situated at the most desirable beachfront point in Guanacaste, Costa Rica, The Point Luxury Villa stretches into the Pacific Ocean, nestled between two of the country’s most renowned white sand beaches. From here, head right to Tamarindo Beach—known for its vibrant surf scene, shops, and eateries—or left to the tranquil Langosta Beach, with its expansive soft sands. This location offers the best of both worlds! The property is within an exclusive, private gated community with 24-hour security.

Designed by Richard Muller, one of Costa Rica’s most famous architects, the villa blends with the natural beauty of the area. It features seven distinct bedrooms that comfortably accommodate up to 17 guests.

All seven bedrooms are oceanfront, offering stunning views and patios where guests can unwind to the sound of the ocean. Five bedrooms include indoor-outdoor showers, allowing you to enjoy the tropical surroundings in privacy while you shower—hear the birds or watch monkeys swing by!

The expansive Main Bedroom is a highlight, offering 260-degree views of both Tamarindo Bay and Langosta Beach. Enjoy the sunset over the Pacific from the spacious balcony or the custom-made king bed.

Next to the main bedroom is a children’s room with a bathroom, bunk bed, and a single twin bed for up to three guests. Three additional ocean-view rooms are located across from the main house near the water gardens. These rooms include private bathrooms and indoor-outdoor showers. The largest room features a king-sized bed, while the others offer twin or king bed options for various group configurations.

The Villa’s kitchen is fully equipped with professional-grade appliances, granite countertops, and all the essentials for culinary enthusiasts. The outdoor kitchen includes a gas grill, lunch table, and smoker, perfect for preparing meals with a view of the Pacific. Alternatively, our executive chef can prepare a memorable meal for you and your guests. The dining area comfortably seats 16 and offers breathtaking views.

The property features lush landscaping with palms, fruit trees, and a majestic Bismarck tree, creating a beautiful setting that honors Costa Rican heritage. The large infinity pool, nestled between the house and beach, offers a refreshing escape with views that seem to merge with the Pacific Ocean. The pool deck is outfitted with lounge chairs and a shaded gazebo. At sunset, fire torches are lit around the pool and fireplace, creating a magical atmosphere.
