CASA VERA VISTA

NEWLY BUILT LUXURY VILLA — PICTURE-PERFECT VIEW!

Casa Vera Vista is a modern, luxuriously appointed villa nestled in green hills overlooking the sparklingly blue ocean. It’s the perfect place to take-in unforgettable sunsets or dine on the terrace, feeling the warm Pacific breeze.

ENCHANTING SCENERY, LUXURIOUS ACCOMMODATION

The house is built into a lush hillside that provides natural privacy. The layout gives every room a panoramic view of the valley below and the ocean beyond. There are three bedrooms, two with queen beds and a master bedroom with a king and a private terrace. All the bedrooms have picture-perfect ocean views. The master bath features a large shower and a standalone bathtub that looks out to sea.

This newly built property is appointed with a fully stocked gourmet kitchen with top-of-the-line appliances and a view of the ocean. The living room and dining area have an open floor plan and floor-to-ceiling windows so you won’t have to miss the sunset from anywhere.

The terrace and BBQ area feature natural shade from native trees growing up through the deck. You’ll feel like you’re hanging out in a treehouse in the rainforest canopy!

The exquisite infinity-edge pool is big enough for laps and is another perfect place to watch the sunset.

FULL-SERVICE OPTIONS WITH A PERSONAL TOUCH

We offer the top-notch services of an exclusive resort and the personal touch you can only find in a private villa. From dining to activity planning, we’re here to take care of as much as you’d like so you can focus on the view.

Our chefs can serve up fresh, authentic, local cuisine right in your villa, or they can bring the ingredients and the local know-how to help you cook it yourself. A private concierge is available to arrange trips and activities and provide you with local tips and best-kept secrets.

Spa day? No need to leave the villa. We can arrange in-home massages, facials, and a trip to mud baths in Costa Rica’s mineral-rich volcanic mud. Yoga is available too, right on the terrace. Sun salutations in the sun!

Event planning is available for weddings, business retreats, and other special occasions. Anything is possible (even an underwater ceremony.) We can help make it happen!

We’re happy to help with car rentals or a private transportation package with a dedicated driver.

HOTEL HACIENDA GUACHIPELIN HIKE TO LAS PAILAS TRAIL

The Hotel Hacienda Guachipelin Hike to Las Pailas Trail is a 3-hour activity. The trails showcase the power of the Rincon de la Vieja Volcano, one of Guanacaste’s largest and most active volcano. On this 3,5km guided walk, adventurers can enjoy stunning views of the volcano, the surrounding forest, any volcanic activity and wildlife. With more than 300 species of birds and wildlife, adventurers have an opportunity to see armadillos, iguanas, white-faced and howler monkeys. A private hike option of this tour is also available.

Rincón de La Vieja

Rincon de la Vieja National Park offers a heady mix of rolling green hills, gushing waterfalls and lush forests. The park attracts travellers year-round who come to explore its hot springs, bubbling muds and picture-perfect waterfalls.

Rincon de la Vieja means “The Old Woman’s Corner” and was named after a local legend, which tells of a girl’s lover who was thrown into the volcano by her father. It’s said the woman became a recluse and developed healing powers, living out her days on the slopes of Rincon de la Vieja.
